Confirming your appointment

We will send you a courtesy reminder  SMS message which will give you a chance to confirm at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. You will also be sent an email with all the details.

If you can’t make your appointment, please call us as soon as you can.

We understand some unavoidable things happen in life and we will try and help you with a solution regarding rearranging your appointment.

We can only do this if you communicate with us.

If you don’t respond to our text, email or voice messages we will have no choice but to cancel your appointment. Your time will then be offered to someone else.

When should I arrive?

When things return to normal, please feel free to arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. We would ask that you use the hand sanitiser provided upon your arrival and show us your vaccination passport when you check in.

What if I am Running late for an appointment?

Please call us to let us know - We all know about the Melbourne traffic!

Whatever the circumstances please be aware that the service time you require has been reserved especially for you, therefore please understand that if you are late, it may encroach on the time we have to spend with you in order for us to avoid delays with our other scheduled clients.

Children and Pets

Children and some small pets are welcome in our salon but please be mindful of our other clients experience.

Children remain your responsibility at all times. Busy Hairdressing Salons can be dangerous places for unattended children so we would ask you to please be mindful.


No more dry offs

All our colour services now come with a discounted blow-wave included in the price.

Our team of colourists need to see your hair completely dried and professionally finished, so they can check that the results are up to our high standards.

Even though 'dry offs' require no skill whatsoever, they are time consuming and make even the most intricate colour work look pretty ordinary. This is the main reason they are a now a thing of the past in most professional hair salons.

If you are absolutely adamant that you don't want your hair to have a beautiful finish after your colour, we will be happy to offer you an eco friendly disposable towel.

What happens when clients don’t show up?

As you may be aware, we are a small boutique business that prides itself in giving all our clients plenty of time for their appointments.

That way we can provide our guests with a relaxing experience and have enough time to deliver the best results we can.

So when clients don’t bother to show up for their appointments or cancel at the last minute it creates a pretty big gap in our schedule.

Not only is that not exactly great for any small business, but more importantly your missed appointment could have gladly been filled by another client on our waitlist, who would have loved the opportunity to be have your  appointment. 

It’s also pretty upsetting and demoralising for our staff members who were looking forward to seeing you and taking care of you.

This is why we will now be taking deposits for our new clients and for any extra-long appointments.

All deposits will guarantee your time slot and will be deducted from your final bill when you attend.

Good Things Take Time

Give yourself plenty of time for an appointment. Colour Work is a science and it can take time for your stylist to achieve desirable results. If you are in a rush, then we will be in a rush and things may turn out below par. Nobody wants that.

We take pride in our work and the results we achieve on our clients.

Good things take time and we are proud to say that we have absolutely no medals for being the worlds fastest hairdressers.

Covid 19 Safety

As per the current Government regulations, please only attend your appointment if:

** You have no symptoms of Coronavirus (COVID)-19 including cough, fever, runny nose, sore throat, etc.

** You are not currently under directions to quarantine or self-isolate.

** You have not tested positive for Coronavirus (COVID-19), you are not awaiting the result of a Coronavirus (COVID-19) test or have been advised to have or are intending to be tested for Coronavirus (COVID-19).

** You are fully vaccinated against Coronavirus (COVID-19) and are able provide proof of this if required.

Please contact us ASAP if you need to change your appointment.

Upon arrival at the salon, please check in using the displayed QR Code and please make use of our hand sanitiser.
Please let us know if you have any difficulties with checking in & we will be more than happy to assist.
We ask that you please practise social distancing wherever possible, as will all of our staff.
Please follow current guidelines in relation to wearing masks unless an exemption applies.

Due to current density restrictions, only people who have a hairdressing service appointment should visit the salon.
