| How do I confirm my appointment? We’ll send you a friendly SMS reminder at least 48 hours before your appointment. This message will give you the chance to confirm with just a tap. You’ll also receive an email with all the details. If something comes up and you can’t make it, please let us know as soon as you can. Life happens—we get it—and we’ll do our best to help you reschedule. But here’s the catch: if we don’t hear back from you after trying via text, email, or voicemail, we’ll assume you’ve ghosted us. In that case, we may have to cancel your appointment and offer it to another client on our waitlist (they’ll be thrilled, but we’d rather see you!) Children and Pets We’re happy to welcome children and even the occasional pint-sized pet—but please be mindful of other guests trying to enjoy their visit. Kids must stay with you at all times—salons can be exciting, but also full of sharp tools, hot equipment and lots of hair flying about! Basically: we’re not a playground.
Feeling unwell before your appointment ? We would ask you please not to attend if you’re feeling unwell or have any flu or covid symptoms (cough, fever, runny nose, sore throat). A hair salon is great place to spread infections. Let us know ASAP and we will happily reschedule your appointment for you.
| When should I arrive? Arriving 5 minutes early is perfect. If your stylist is still finishing up with the client before you, we’ll happily offer you a refreshment while you settle in and flip through a magazine (or just scroll in peace).
After-Colour Blow-drys All colour services now come with a discounted blow-wave—it’s part of how we ensure our work looks as fabulous as it should! We’d ideally love to style your hair fully so we can check the colour is absolutely spot-on. But if you’re short on time or just not feeling the blow-dry vibe, we can do a quick 5-minute rough dry by one of our lovely junior assistants. Mobile Phone use For the comfort of all guests, we request limited mobile phone use while in the salon — particularly noisy speakerphone calls.
